These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of careerwaypoint.org and its related content and forms, operated by Strategy Concepts Co LLC, d/b/a Waypoint Career Resources ("Waypoint," "we," "us"). By using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our site, submitting a form, or signing up for Waypoint Plus or Waypoint Job Alerts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit any forms.
2. Description of Service
Waypoint provides free educational articles and resources about job searching, resumes, interviews, and unemployment benefits, as well as an optional free career-plan call, an optional paid coaching membership (Waypoint Plus), and an optional SMS job-alert program (Waypoint Job Alerts). Waypoint is a content and coaching resource — we do not operate a job board, recruiting agency, or employer-matching service, and we do not place candidates in jobs.
3. Educational Content Disclaimer / No Guarantee of Employment
All content on this site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, or benefits advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified attorney, accountant, or your state unemployment agency. Waypoint does not guarantee that you will obtain employment, receive a job offer, qualify for unemployment benefits, or achieve any particular outcome as a result of using our content, coaching, or job alerts. Any results mentioned or implied in our content are illustrative and not promises of similar results for you.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the site and submit forms only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when you contact us or sign up for a program, and not to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation, security, or availability. We may refuse service or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
5. Waypoint Plus Membership Terms
Waypoint Plus is an optional monthly coaching membership priced at $39/month, which may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Submitting the "express interest" form on our Waypoint Plus page does not enroll you or authorize any charge — it is a request for a Waypoint team member to contact you about enrollment. Enrollment and billing only begin after you separately confirm and complete signup with our team. Membership perks (including the monthly coaching call, resume review, mock interview session, and priority email support) are intended for individual, personal use and are not transferable.
6. Intellectual Property
All articles, graphics, illustrations, and other content on this site are the property of Strategy Concepts Co LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of our content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution, but you may not republish, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Waypoint does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies, and rules referenced in our content (such as state unemployment procedures) may change after publication. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waypoint and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
